If you care about your mental health, stay far away. They'll tell you they care about employees, but it's all talk. You're just a number to them and they treat you as such.

@r0 people have been making fun of Cengage Pearson and McGraw for a decade. No quality of life and it’s not real sales. Scammy and the most immature management I’ve ever worked for.
Was with Cengage for around a decade and loved most of it until the PE Bros sc--wed the pooch. What shame. The company is dead and was laughed at the last two conferences I was at with new company.
I agree. I was with Cengage for 2 years and it was unfortunately a highly toxic environment. Not everyone may have the same experience (I really hope not) but what I witnessed from HED Leadership across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams was bad. Its a club of favoritism and legacy employees that’s nearly impossible to break into. I wish my experience had been better.
