Any teams shared engagement survey results and action plans yet? We just heard from upper management and nothing to individual teams. I am curious.

We don’t like AI, we notated that we don’t like AI, results show we don’t like AI, they double down and have more AI sermons
Survey is a joke, believe I had been there 9 years as a manager, we just talk for a day and then back to normal.

Career growth is the worst. I don’t need stretch assignments or more training. I need a path to making more money and having more authority.
We had like a 15 minute meeting at which on items about the manager we shown. Nothing else was discussed
Unfortunately nothing ever changes. You give negative responses and then they ask why and you tell them why and nothing changes. I am all for voicing your opinions, but why does nothing ever change?
