Is it just my area or does everyone else’s warehouse absolutely su-k? I’m talking multiple mispicks on pretty much every delivery. There’s no telling the lost dollars there.

I get constant mispicks for product that don’t even belong in store then can’t send them back cause they’re not in that stores system, so try to send them back as something similar, driver just still refuses to take it, pallets stacked and leaving that are 8 feet high, drives forever to leave credit slips so then they get on us about not writing up credits even though we did… i can go on and on

@OP my favorite thing is how they put the lightest packages at the bottom of the. A case of wheat thins burried at the bottom with party size cookies on top
Ours is an absolute joke. Pallets missing,stickered incorrectly, random product on pallets, missing product invoiced, pos is 50/50 it ships.
