Probably because they outsource the task to the cheapest of the cheap payroll provider. Bit like DXC's clients do with their IT services. YOu get what you pay for. The only value they gain is being able to blame someone else for just how bad it is.

My July pay statement seemed a lot, then saw no pension contributions taken (employer contributions missing too). Payroll are aware, it's a known issue. I'd have expected salary payments to be delayed like in May 2026. Wonder what's going on, this is a basic task.

Just checked mine, my pension payments are missing and I’ve also get an issue with extra leave being incorrectly charged

It's a wonder any of us gets paid anything around here.
Either HR can't work it out, the company can't afford it, or they've finally realised 60% of us aren't doing a lot and should have been let go month back and nobody would have noticed.

If you have a point to make can you explain. It looks like you're replying to something already in conversation or you assume applies to everyone. But have opened a new topic. So like most of DXC life - it's just noise that nobody understands.
