Everyone who moves to Dallas for the company gets laid off within a year. This is why you have no comments on your post. Don’t be d-mb. The letter is a layoff. They are hoping you say no.
Most people who move are laid off within a year so you probably won’t get much (real) commentary on the topic
Check back in September and end of year as there are more people that will be surplus
