Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Frisco to Dallas

Who is commuting 5 days a week, 60 miles each day. $25 per day in travel costs not including parking.

Aren’t you exhausted? Needs to be at least 3-4 years until Plano HQ.

Finding new employment in Dallas doesn’t help as commute doesn’t change. Those who work in Plano office are super lucky.

While my assigned location isn’t Dallas (yet & no I’m not moving…eff this place…give me my money) I’m commuting 38 each way, with $8 in tolls each way. Su-k it up, Buttercup!

Find a carpool option a few days a week.

That’s only 30 miles each way. What’s the issue?

Maybe you should find a job closer to home?

I travel 120 miles each way. I love it. I’ve been learning French and getting through a lot of books on tape I wouldn’t otherwise be able to finish due to family obligations.

1 Best Place to Live in America. In 2018, Frisco topped MONEY Magazine's prestigious list of the "50 Best Places to Live in America". OP is very lucky

Did you miss the social media video with the intern that takes the train into Dallas. "Convenient".
