Employee repeatedly took leave on Mondays and Fridays, coming to office only 3 days a week. Issue was reported to HR instead of manager. HR involvement was good.

OP for hall monitor.
Leave was approved. Live with it Karen. It’s none of your business.
Clearly, you don't have enough work to do since you have free time to monitor other people's attendance, and run off to management with your "findings".
Here's hoping you are caught up in the next cuts, bootlicking snitch. Have a blessed day.
You try getting hold of anyone in France during August. It's a nightmare.
Who cares!
Who cares if intermittent leave was approved what does it matter how many days and what days they come in
and do you think manager actually cares?
We have lots of employees that have 5 week vacations per year + 40 personal hours + 150% banked vacations. We have employees on our team that take every Friday off for the entire year. If you don't use your vacation, you lose it. Whats the issue?
OP.. You do not live in East Germany anymore and the Stasi were removed long ago.. Remove yourself..
Employee had stench coming from him in my workspace. Corporate security was included in email attachment. Skunk removed from workspace.
Hey, misanthropic stinky rat, I have shocking news for you: Many employees in Europe go on 3-week long summer holidays: it's a normal part of work-life balance and encouraged by HR.
So you’re fired. Get out. Total disaster, absolute catastrophe, and frankly, a complete embarrassment to everyone involved.
Your ratings are at an all-time low, the worst in history, and frankly, nobody has ever seen failure quite like this, believe me.
You come to me with your excuses, totally fake news, but the fact is you couldn't get the job done and everybody knows it.
What on earth does this even mean?
