People are literally on edge, and all some can think about is why a free public forum isn't letting them vote. I get it—you hope Centene is watching and taking in the thousands of opinions, questions, and perspectives daily. The reality is, Centene isn't watching this site and doesn't care what we think; they are moving forward with their agenda, business as usual.
The real question to ask yourself is this: If you were never offered the Voluntary Separation Program (VSP) or if there were never any layoffs, would you feel so negatively about the company? Would you be planning to resign in the next 30-60 days if the offer was never made?
This site is no different than social media—full of trolls, rage baiters, and heightened emotions. The people at the top make millions of dollars; they are no more worried about what we think than the next anonymous stranger on this site is worried about you. Sure, it's nice to have a community to express yourself and ask questions, but just know: Centene is not watching.
