Off track = Lip Bu naughty list
Mid-year reviews are a simple On Track or Off Track assessment this year. Basically a formality.
I'm a manager (yes there are some of us on this board!) and gave every one of my reports an On Track. Despite what you may have heard, no we are not forced to give a certain % of employees an Off Track rating.
