Just my opinion, but after the last organizational shake-up, I wouldn’t be surprised if history repeats itself.
One question I keep coming back to: A.C. championed the “ways of working” in the previous CXO organization. Has anyone objectively looked at whether those same approaches may have contributed to some of the challenges the organization faced?
Hopefully the new organization has a different outcome—but time will tell. 🍿

This isn’t news to me. The moment I saw that dinosaur-sized org chart with thousands of boxes that all have to work together just to deliver anything—and watched Tanya prop him up as the mastermind behind it all—I knew exactly where this was headed.

Hate to break it to you OP, but Adam was unfortunately heavily involved in the new org design for what remains of CXO.
AC is a joke. that guy should have been out of the door in first round, yet he survives and all the people that work are gone. Stupidity of these layoffs are people (they are not leaders in any sense) deciding on who is in and out are clueless of what company will look like in AI era. Oh, the irony!
I looked at the new organization model. Incredible. People are saying they’ve never seen anything this simple. Truly amazing.
You have an idea? Great. You have a bug? Even better.
Now you only need five different stakeholders to get something into production. Five! Total efficiency. Nobody has ever made shipping software this… streamlined.
The bureaucracy? Gone. The complexity? Gone. Just five approvals and you’re practically in production.
Genius. Absolutely genius. Everyone’s talking about it.
