Some coworkers work nonstop. Most coworkers do absolutely nothing all day.
Come to Finance. We are very anti AI and SaaS is not leveraged in India which creates a lot of work.
Backfills are only approved by the top of the food chain and only if headcount has fallen below the top of the food chains budget which NO ONE KNOWS.
Meanwhile they’re planning to outsource all the software engineers by year’s end. You know the people who could just automate everything FP/A’s do in a couple of months.
A fabulous opportunity to swan dive into a volcano.
