Hearing rumours that OAL as org might not exist or will be moved. Is this path to cut more jobs?

One of the very low paying teams at Oracle. OAL is like a step child at Oracle. Many people stayed there despite of lesser compensation because of only one thing. Job security. OAL salaries are straight away 50% less than other Orcl employees. Now jobs are going down , job security gone. years of loyalty gone. They are like one step above Real Estate and Facilities team. Poor pathetic lives. I pity them.

If I am a corporate customer I would be asking why an I paying Oracle's ridiculous licensing and support costs and then have to have a staff of 1000 to run them?
