@OP Sadly this is true. I'm in the Sales Org. Rob Thomas totally fcked it all to h3ll. Nobody is happy and everyone is looking. I guess if Rob is reading this, he can pat himself on the back and say "mission accomplished." What a piece of sh!t that guy is.
Do the performance scores only get assigned once per year (EOY)? Or can they call you out as a “low performer” any time?
