We just got another fun email on oneway dell timesheets. seriously its like nothing works here in any place.
Can't even take holidays like normal person in NORMAL company.

And they stick to the refrain "it won't be perfect from day 1".
It's like a real estate agent fixing an appointment two weeks prior the delivery of your new house, saying "it's not 100% ready yet" and, when you reach the plot, they've barely constructed the external walls.

ok, so here's what we do, we take this 20 year old codebase.. "nobody wants that ancient bloat tho?"... wait wait, here me out, we add style to the user interface to make it look modern... then we put a new clunky API in from of it and do the same for 15 other ancient applications and we tell the customer they're all linked, like a mesh or like they're fused together, they aren't really but it looks that way.. then we do a marketing campaign that says it's AI ready.. " but is it?". oh no, not even a little, " ok, but do we really think we can fool the technical leaders" no, we don't have to, we do a deal with a consulting firm that goes to the country club of top top brass and they only have to say the word Ai. "you really think that will work? they're that gullible? won't this setup the company for failure in the future when they eliminate all the capability that got them here?". yes, exactly.
Why?
That's because Dell is not a NORMAL company. It's a sweatshop shiithole, run by incompetent clowns.

Probably Oracle is too busy burning cash, cant focus on real customers ;)
That was the first app/function to launch on ODW and it still does not work. I thought Oracle had successfully implemented this at 100s of customers?
