Yes easy questions; what actually been improved as the PA system su-ks, D&S staffing model is confusing as he-l, benefits have only gone one way, morale likewise…I am seriously struggling what has improved….

Reduction in US and EU payroll. Keep cutting so stock will go up. Need to reduce US MPT payroll by another 20% and US exec headcount by 30%. Downgrade some engineering roles to Technician levels (CL 22 to 24) and place in refineries and petrochem sites.

@OP Executive compensation. This is the primary goal of most corporate policies (just in case you’re from another planet and don’t already know this).
If you’re tired of this, unionize. If you don’t want to unionize, roll over and take it.
