As I was listening today about diversity and equity initiatives something stood out. They were talking about making sure VZ shows respect, values, and supports or somesuch the diversity employees and in my experience VZ doesn’t do that for any employees so do they automatically fail?
I’d like more info about how diversity equity initiatives are going. That is all I care about . Peace!
I work in VBG and we have been asked for RIF volunteers. There will be a RIF on Feb 2 according to my Director and Wireless will be hit the hardest.
I would bank on hearing about a major layoff or major reorg on Feb 2 or Feb 16

Silliman kick off call is in a couple weeks I’m sure we will get alot of corporate speak for layoffs there since it is the group dedigned to be laid off/outsourced.
