The company's revenues will increase, but the pay will not reflect that. Management only cares about numbers, not people. If you're looking for a place where you can feel like you're part of something special, this isn't it. There are better companies out there - the ones that you won't have to feel ashamed admitting you work for due to their history.

Well done, this was hilarious
During Disability Awareness month, there was a posting on the DE&I site to the effect of "Employees with disabilities help drive productivity". Now, I feel for anyone who has a disability, truly I do. But, if that statement was accurate (it's antithetical to the truth by definition), think about what a powerhouse we'd be if all ~250k employees were disabled.
Employee Survey results must have been really bad because we have hardly seen anything from CEO other than the boiler plate political response drafted by HR & Public Affairs. I don't think we even saw anything from the head of HR?They pretty much force everyone to participate in the survey and when results come in they want to brush it all under the rug 👌
