I've been sending out resumes left and right, I even branched out into other industries but I haven't been getting many responses. I'm a bit worried that the rumors about layoffs will come true and I'll be stuck with no job for who knows how long. How is everybody else dealing with this possibility? How are you preparing?

Vacation (nothing too lavish ;)
regroup, and study for certifications.
Take the sev and comfortably gather some certifications and find a new job. A few weeks for some "spring cleaning"; contemplate a career change. Check the options, RSU's, and hope some are sped up a year or more.

I know that is not an option for everyone, but I am PRAYING for someone to let me know I've been cut and get to collect a severance Oskar.
