HTHD is an even bigger joke for LL6s. About $2k more than non HTHD for bonus target. And if non HTHD are getting smaller raises I don't know how. My raises have been a joke except for one year being high achiever.

@1opu+1l0PZMc8 - Not sure where you pulled those numbers out of, but my experience as a GSR8 in that program is that the bonus target was only 50% (not doubled) and raise wasn't anything special, not even 3% despite being a good bit below the mid-point salary and year-over-year inflation far north of that already by merits time. No way was it "2x"

Don't forget - UAWs bonus is based on sales in North America. Salaried's bonus is based on Global sales, which is about 50% lower than North America (which is probably why the AICP is at 148%). Salaried/Retirees are not guaranteed to be the same as UAW

While you bottom feeders are happy with the 2k and 5ks the greedy pigs at the top will be pocketing millions.

Don't forget HTHD gets 2x bonus and 2x raise. So, $18,000 if you are HTHD.

LL3+ had to take 90% because Ford Pro only got 91%. They knew if they took more than some employees again, it would be a disaster again. That being said, for anyone that works in Ford Pro, it still sucks pretty bad.

Except those of us SIRP'd already signed our rights to sue away. However, they should still give us 100% because we only get 2/3rds of it anyway ( getting let go as of Sept 1st).

But I'm expecting nothing. Anything I get will be better than my expectations.

I expect everyone involuntarily separated in 2022 will get full 100% of AICP. A single lawsuit could wipe out any potential savings. And a class action...Well, Ford has not done so well in the courts on those.

The bonus plan should be that only those wo eking in profitable areas even get any bonus. Model e has no profits. Ford Next has lost billions. Canopy failed to get off the ground. Start there, no bonus for FLV, CM and RM, who shouldn’t even have jobs after their lack of performance.

Yes, those separated in 2022 are eligible for the bonus, but it will be dependent on the manager as to the % received.

My jaw hit the floor in surprise when I saw 148% for GSR-4 and then 90% for 3+. Then I realized what they're doing. With the whole lean initiative, they are encouraging managers to "realistically" rate their direct reports now, so an average performer might get between 80-95% of their normal bonus, not the normally expected 100%. The near-record bonus spread accomplishes two objectives...

First, it allows managers to rate "fairly" with much less pushback from the employees than if bonuses were below 100%. So, it introduces the new rating system without a big financial hit for the employees (you'd be at a super-low 67% internal rating and still get your full AICP amount from the 148%, if that makes sense), and then next year the revised rating system will be par for the course.

Secondly, this seems like it makes up for last year, and management can say "See, we heard you and are taking money from LL3+ and giving it to lower levels." Kind of sneaky....very strategic...will it mean acceptance of the 80-95% rate as average performer?

Ford GSRs and LL3+ both have surprised pikachu faces for very different reasons LOL. 148% BPF versus 90% for LL3s. Last year must have scarred them for life.

in my times at ford in the most profitable years it reached to %113 and recent years was always less than %100

Are people who were SIRP'd in Aug 2022 eligible for AICP? (pro-rated)

You can find your bonus in the train station, and any number of spin-off companies Ford uses to hide it's wealth, write off taxes, and then claim bankruptcy to get THEIR bonus for obeying their government masters. Govt: "Put everyone in a controllable and trackable EV." Ford: "Yes Master !"

Your bonus was given for the past several years working from home. Sit on that one.

We shall see. Get the torches and pitchforks ready! When they announce the AICP coupled with the fact that meeting your goals starts you at 80% of your target, the average hard working salaried employees will get less than the UAW hourly worker's profit sharing! The result will be a meltdown similar to last year.
