Is there any truth to the rumor that all the WFA employees are being moved out of D? Seems odd, that building is more modern and better equipped than the others

Which one is Building D?
No place more disgusting than NYC with it’s rat infestation (no - not talking about Charlie lol) or San Francisco with it’s homeless population. Maybe Charlie will move us all to Naperville IL.

I miss Ben Edwards. He was amazing. All his executives and he shook employees’ hands at the Holiday party and they ate last. Mr. Edwards also met all employees in his office when they were hired and told them to let him know if they weren’t having fun at work. As the other poster commented, he took care of the property. He also took care of the employees. Everyone from the cleaning staff and cafeteria workers to the brokers and IT staff enjoyed the same 401K, match, health benefits etc. Maybe the buildings can be used as a desperately needed homeless shelter
St. Louis “city” is awful. The suburbs are nice. The cost-of-living is reasonable, therefore WFC doesn’t have to pay East Coast and West Coast wages.
The St. Louis campus didn’t become “a dumpster” until Wells Fargo took over. Previous owner (AGE) took beautiful care of the building. Extreme cost-cutting and “efficiencies” have led to a sad deterioration of the property. They put in a nice “showpiece” cafeteria right before Covid, but don’t take care of the basics such as cleaning and proper maintenance. Therefore it stinks, the carpets are stained,,toilets and faucets don’t work, elevators don’t get fixed, parking lots are filled with trash and need concrete/asphalt repair, we have mice and rats.
Some bean counter in another city figured that WFC gets cheaper rates by having the building “cleaned” during the day instead of the night. It all went downhill from there. So we spend our work days amongst smelly wheeling trash cans in the halls, piled with trash and buckets of filthy water and dirty rags. You can’t properly clean a building when packed with people. I never see anyone cleaning the floors.
If Wells Fargo wants employees to come back into these disgusting moldy office buildings, they are going to have to step it up.
They announced it in the town hall this week. Currently only 1 floor is assigned & 2 are neighborhood seating. Massive waste of space. Once they get a buyer I’m sure it’s gone w the garage.
Not sure of timing but, that’s correct, D building will not be used in the future.
That campus is king of the dumpsters. Agreed with previous poster, close it down, trying to rationalize that StL is a good fit is insanity
Close them all. People shouldn’t be forced to work in that poophole city.
