Why bother putting any thought and effort in this meaningless and rigged performance assessment process?
I have no doubts in my mind that the my ranking has absolutely no correlation whatsoever with what I write in that form, so I rather let the chat bot do it for me.
It will totally change my experience of writing this form, from total depressing dredge to a fun and creative project.
And I will be laughing my a$$ off silently at my clueless supervisor when he pretends to care and provide feedback to an AI generated string of words that simulates meaning l.
