RTO Report

So if they are using (per the email) the monthly RTO report as part of my performance and attendance - they have to share the monthly report with each of us for documentation, right? Is it captured in Workday and if not, why not? So that way I can summarize in my midyear and annual so that we all have transparency of data. Will be interesting when I ask to see my monthly report.

My group leader’s admin told my manager that “we need to get your team in more”….when we met the three day requirement. It’s insulting to be micromanaged like this. I was remote for 10 years and never had an issue with my performance. Ever. Treat me like a damn adult.

Again, this thread highlights the uneducated and ill-informed employees’ conscious streams of thought. Biden declared an end to the public health emergency on 5/11, not an end to the pandemic. Two different things. Read and comprehend.

It does tell you something about their priorities. Clearly, pushing "voluntary" attrition is still the top priority. Everything else including scandals and asset caps etc can wait. First they need to tank morale so hard that most employees leave.

Given the state of this company, it is appalling that this is what our leaders are expending their energy on.

Got it... It's no longer an emergency, but we'll still call it a pandemic.

@zmv+1l1ocoPD Why are people such dipshits? He’s ending the “Covid Emergency Declaration” not the pandemic. It will basically mean that the government won’t provide “free” vaccines or tests and that insurance companies will be able to charge you for therapies as they would for any other treatment should you get sick.

Wishful thinking. WF Managers have the ability to put any damn thing they want in your review without providing you documentation. You must not have had the pleasure of having your peers complete an anonymous survey on you, that you are “not permitted” to see although is written in your performance review and used for your rating. Yes, as an independent contributor. Yes, even when your manager says they personally haven’t observed the survey result behaviors noted. Great fun when you’re on a “team” of incompetents who do nothing themselves but trash others. All led, of course, by a “manager” who him/herself is sitting idly by collecting a big fat check pretending to be in meetings all day but yet can’t answer simple business operations questions nor develop their own powerpoint deck to describe what the team does.

Omg just effing shut up and get some work done already. Something tells me you have several other performance issues that need addressing… RTO will just reinforce your dead weight status

This is @irn. Exactly my sarcastic point. But according to the admin, he HAS the authority. Check the news.

@irn How does a President of the United States of America order the end of a WHO-declared pandemic?

@ntu+1l1ocoPD

But we're still in a pandemic since Biden won't declare it over until May 11th!

I was wondering about something similar. Is a set number of days in the office in my 2023 goals and objectives? If not, how do I not meet that? Also, I have been remote for about 10 years, so none of this is a return.

given managers don't even get the report I am not expecting employees getting it any time soon. what will likely happen is if you are not averaging the number of days your leadership wants your manager will be contacted and will have a conversation with you

Logical leap. Managers have access to plenty of information about your performance that they don’t share with you directly.
