I'm defending Christy and stay in your lane dude, I apologize for not calling him by his real name. Both get 5/10, which to me is higher than the long-time Intel execs.
The severance package is very fair and much more transparent than the past.
The stay in your lane dude is trying to bring people up with is energy, as he is the freshest on ELT. I don't disagree with what he is saying at all.
This ELT is def not the 'A-Team'... I would take TSMC, NVidia and QualComm leaders (in that order) over Intel ELT.
Sandra 5? is that a DEI weighting? because what business has she ever grown? She was at Dialogic as a product manager just a couple of years ago... Please explain the scoring.

Dave has been overly optimistic. All of his projections have fell short. People like him because he does Finance 101.
The only good points so far have been MBLY and the revolver loan.
He said 51-53% of profit margin as the low, and we are at 39% after the depreciation longevity trick.
Not sure why people dislike the "stay in your lane" guy.
I think he was right. No point for an IP developer to ask how he can help with SPR sales.
If everyone tries to do everything, thats not team work.
Christy’s snear earns her a zero in my books. She appears to hate people. Not a good look for the head of HR.

I pull up exec staff of all the competitors and the contrast is stark. Intel scores highest on diversity but lowest on experience and proven track record in semis... and don't tell me these are qualified candidates... There was a DEI quota and every manager working at Intel knows it. You made your bed, now sleep in it.

Best thing about Ann K. is her resentment toward entitled, overpaid American workers comes through in every presentation. This last QGS she wouldn't even make eye contact with the camera - made me feel like more cuts are coming.
