Any updated layoff news? I know common review is next week—I know some people think it may be revolves around that if anything happens.

From what I know, RRP award is still available if you are being layed off. At least that’s how it ms been presented in my dept.
Consumer Product managers have been told to find way to cut budgets so I can only assume those are coming sometime in the near future. Human capital heavy so axe will have to fall at some point.
Layoffs have commenced and will continue for weeks to come.
There was a big layoff in Optum area of design and marketing today. Individual contributor and director/VP level too
RRP will be on the 3/3 check.
You won't get the RRP if laid off.
oops I meant the 2/17 pay, not 3/17
I would hope whoever is getting laid off will receive their RRP. Not sure what paycheck it will be paid, I'll assume it's not in the 3/17 pay.
What if I was hired at UHG about a month ago but my training doesn't start until March 6. Will my training class still be running as planned if indeed there is a hiring freeze?
I can confirm hiring is on hold for some departments.
