I have been hearing about this new hybrid pool model. This is just another way to spin C2E. Same disaster, same lower pay, same limited career path.

They are moving SAs to a Hybrid Pooled Engagement Model. This is new that is in planning now. That is why she specifically stated Click 2 Expert is not what she believes in. This new HPEM is what SAs are moving to.
