I searched in LinkedIn “Capital one agile” and found hundreds of profiles with heart wrenching posts, it was very sad to see thousand of employees living in Virginia have been laid off. I have also noticed of late C1 is mostly hiring from west coast especially from California. They having their HQ in Virginia, I am sure getting some benefits from state government. Please reach out to your House Representative or State Legislature and let them know. The more calls they get it will be better for us.

Layoffs disproportionately impacts older workers, women, dsabled, and other protected classes such as race.
To the last reviewer I believe you. Many people gave fallen victim to this and when they get their reviews it's like the twilight zone because you know how hard you've worked and management is gaslighting you to believe your accomplishments were nothing and that you're a bad person. There is a place in H@ll for them.
I'm over 40 and got stacked ranked and was just part of the commercial RIF.....
The terrible thing is if you are someone who is 40 or older which is a protected class. Your manager who may be 40 and older takes that into consideration when doing stack rankings. Hopefully, they will be stack ranked into termination.
Yes , they need to be investigated, very biased against protected classes of employees.
It's worse they are being biased against older people and other protected groups.
