Changes in the wrong direction maybe. With the new b#+-h who started as a process DH came from Spring. That is some Toxic sh#t.

ChevronPhillips treats people much better... Worth checking out options. Nothing good coming to Beaumont!

There will be a reduction of managers, specifically department heads. Too much redundancy. DHs do not add value. Can’t cut the worker bees anymore as too many already left for various reasons and the remaining are doing multiple jobs. It’s especially obvious that there aren’t enough worker bees during major holidays and freeze/hurricanes. No need for the huge number of DHs when they don’t do anything.

It would be nice to see big changes at BMT because that is what is needed, especially in Engineering. Any change in their management would be in the right direction.

Maintenance and operations Management will be reduced. No need for triple of everything in these departments.

Yea, Darren Woods and other executives will sit on top of the tallest pieces of equipment they can find and shout at the peasants below who aren’t working fast enough in an effort to further increase productivity and throughput.
