During a Town Hall last year one person stated that the there would be an inflation increase (2%) on top of you merit increase due to inflation. Therefore, if your raise is not at least 5%,, then the inflation increase was a lie.

I heard 27.4%, but that's only for #1 top performers. #2 and down, get #2

" I was the #1 top performer on my team last year "

BS alarm.

I am sure this is completely fake but would love to know how this alleged "#1 top performer" was made aware that they were the "#1 top performer".

My director let the team know she was told by her VP that raises would be "generous" but she said she had no idea what that meant. Last year was about 5%. Anything over 4% would make me pretty happy.

I was the #1 top performer on my team last year and during my EOY 1-on-1 was advised that there most likely would not be any merit increases this year....

Merit is not a cost of living increase, just market labor rates. No employer will provide cost of living increases due to market volatility. Economics 101 people.

“ Allocation was 4.25. After supervisor adjustments, folks will receive somewhere around 4.00%- 4.80%. Very generous of T giving the labor rates where estimating 2.5%-3.00%”
After inflation everyone is taking a 4% pay cut.

If your union, check your Contract. For Management, it will very based on rating, as always.
