The only way pay cuts ever had a chance of not completely nuking employee morale is if the guy who got paid $140M last year, and his whole team of decision “makers” (let’s assume they aren’t making wild a-s guesses, as it appears they are) worked for FREE until employee salary and benefits were made whole.
Short of that, let’s just sit back and watch everyone run to the exit.
Broadly, anyone unfortunate enough to still be at Intel after this is not there by choice. Doesn’t sound like a recipe for a big “comeback”.
