Ford NEXT is a vital piece of Ford+. It was not set up to reap short term profits like you think. You need to look ahead at the big picture for the long term benefits.
Eliminating Ford Next, starting with Franck Louis Victor, would save the company BILLIONS.
Eliminating one “executive”and one LL for every engineering job cut would be a great start.
