I think I was the first person to sign up for the second round of voluntary separations.
Totally clueless layers of program managers upon program managers. Large blocks of employees that switch jobs every 9 months to escape accountability. IP development groups changing a working IP block to make their mark and unknowingly breaking the IP block.

Your cost cutting project should be to work as hard as possible to find a new job outside. When management starts asking for help it means that they have no clue how to do it at any level... bad sign, get out ahead of the crowd.

I heard today that CPM is done for now... So all decisions have been made, not paying for additional people to leave.
What I don't get is they are asking for cost cutting projects but why would anyone attempt to help with that. There is no merit increase available or recognition... Extra work for reduce pay and nothing to show for except maybe a certificate of appreciation... Horrible strategy
