SRs aren't bonuses on CPH, the FTOW are though
No, your whole territory needs to meet the cases per hour objective they set for you or they deduct 30% of your bonus.
I'll just work slow and they can pay me more OT
FTOW get better bonuses (more payout) Sales Reps get that same amount just tougher to hit full amount now.
You've got to be kidding. Nothing is better. Bonuses are intentionally out of reach
