Anyone else notice that there's very few jobs listed on Jobs Online? Usually there's a fair bit, but only three today for Michigan.

Those external jobs are fake. Apply to one and you'll see. No follow-up ever.
Well, they still have a ton of job postings externally! Process Coaches, Lead Process Coaches in particular!
Jobsonline was decommissioned a while ago. Plenty of jobs on the new site
This always happens right before a layoff. They remove all listings. They don't want those about to get laid off to try to transfer.

Managers have to repost jobs. There is a message posted. Due to conversion to new HR system. Public site shows Oracle now instead of Brassring. Part of reducing bureaucracy at Ford... Do everything twice. Lol.
Because the game is to not allow existing employees from switching/finding positions. Cheap new hires all the way down
