So basically, this year will be the same as the last one. None or very few layoffs but people will still be kicked out en masse through PIPs (most of which will make no sense whatsoever to anybody with half a brain). The rest of the reduction in force will come from attrition. If their goal is to bring down morale further, I'd say they're doing great.

I've seen PowerPoints with 15%NSI at the EMHC. Don't complain when you get NSIed. I've told you. Remember?

EMHC %10-15 PIP-off as stated two years ago.

Most of EMIT will be outsourced/offshored by 2026 so folks will continue to get get pushed out one way or another.
If you're young enough (and in EMIT) , leave as soon as you can because you will be let go sooner or later.
If you're older, you've got no choice but to wait until you're let go and walk out with a fat severance check.
I'm betting pip percentage will be higher this year. Here we sit waiting for the grim reaper of June-July
