Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Well I got deleted Again

I didn’t break any rules and still got deleted. The only thing I can think of is everything I mentioned about RCSA was the truth and too damaging to the program and recruiting and retaining talent. If the censorship of this program on an anonymous site doesn’t scare you and prove to you to run. I do not know what else will.

I come here to post as an ex employee who quit it makes me happy to point out to anyone that sees this exactly how they run this place and treated their employees!! They deserve every bad comment on here . I couldn’t protect customers while working there trying to which was my job ! Hopefully some customers see this at least! Plus it makes me happy to say that a bunch of incompetent jerks run this place. Most are corrupt and none care about the customer they care about money and only money!

@2cow+1l6QrYN9 Tell me you don’t understand context without telling me you don’t understand context.

Posting here - not insane. Posting crazy here - insane.

@1rjc+1l6QrYN9 you are posting here, are you insane? IMHO posting here provides an outlet for ethical people since the company has turned upside down. They have every federal agency watching of course they care. There are civil and criminal risks involved of course they care. Employees are also watching and taking note like never before. I sure hope they care or that is complete stupidity.

@1vzw+1l6QrYN9 Posting here will do nothing but make you look insane. Maybe you’ll feel better for a minute.

I worked with very, very high levels of management in this company. Trust me, they know exactly what’s going on. No one cares. They just need the window dressing to say they tried. No one above them truly expects things to be fixed. Believe me.

When normal channels of communication are broken, employees will make unofficial ones. I am not ashamed of using this board. I found out more here about what's happening with the company than I do from management.

@1cvd+1l6QrYN9 This is true, but my assumption is is coming here out of desperation to highlight how bad it is to leaders and maybe someone will have the courage and do the right thing and re-evaluate the process. Leaders come to this board and think most people come here for that reason. People are not feeling heard and it is last resort to come here. It is showing the current state is pushing people to do whatever is needed to be heard.

OP - you need to get some sleep and let go of this madness. Continually posting with the details that get you deleted is not normal.

I say this to you as someone who let this place drive me almost as far up the wall. I worked 16-18 hour days. I was sleep deprived, full of dread and anxiety that it wasn’t enough and my boss would scream at me as I had seen him do to others. I snapped on a person who was dragging their feet on something I needed and they were kind enough to realize I was not myself and had been driven over the brink.

Unplug. Do what you can and draw a line. Behaving like you are here is not the answer. You won’t save anyone ranting into the void. You also won’t get anyone to pay attention to those you are calling out. RCSA has crashed and burned at least 4 or 5x now. It would surprise just about no one if it happened again. Don’t let it take you down with it.

What’s going on with RCSA? I have a bunch of people in and around my department working on some RCSA project. It’s all super secretive. I personally can’t go looking without raising red flags.

I couldn’t disagree with you more. If it were my job to monitor what’s being said in the news and on social media about WFC- i would let 99.5% of these posts and comments stay because they are mostly opinions, complaints about RTO, complaints about DE&I, complaints about layoffs, reposts of articles, complaints about issues which have already been made public, complaints about offshoring, and some rando unsuccessfully trying to turn every topic in to a political argument. Most of it is neutralized because it comes from disgruntled employees.

I would, however, have removed the .05% which reveal unknown details regarding internal problems at the bank which are not (yet) public, and which could cause more problems.

I, personally, have emailed Layoff.com asking that certain posts or comments be removed which were offensive. Sometimes they remove certain comments, but keep the thread. Other times, they remove the entire thread.

Oh, please, if WF had any saying in what gets written or deleted here, they would have shut down the whole forum board, cause there aren’t many posts here that they would love to stay published.
Follow the standard netiquette and stay away from naming names and your post will stick.

There was another post from yesterday saying a location was a sweatshop, management inept and one step away from a lawsuit. That one is gone now.

Wells Fargo has some say as to what is published on the web. There are occasional posts out here where some Corp Comm person or corporate yes-man attempts to set the tone in a more positive light, so I think they keep their eye on what is said out here.

Anyone can e-mail the Layoff.com to request that content be removed. They will comply if the request is justified. That is the most likely case.

Additionally, I highly doubt that Layoff.com knows who’s who at Wells Fargo and every other company out here in order to know who’s names can be and can not be mentioned. Plenty of posts name names out here every day.

@OP+1l6QrYN9 I think it's important that what you said is shared. Hopefully you still have the notes and can upload the info again without names? RCSA is clearly in an awful state. The more that people know about it, the better.

At this point, I would think external folks are smart enough to not apply for a job at Wells. If anybody is looking internally, why? Get out whilst you can!

I haven't seen your previous post, but if you tried to name and bash your coworker or someone else higher up the food-chain (besides C-suits), you did break a rule and that's probably the reason your post got nuked.
PII - personally identifiable info is not allowed here, meaning you can't name someone or post any other identifiable info that directly pinpoints to a certain person.
And that's fair if you ask me, as most of us are not here because of some personal vendetta, but to ki-l time and share info anonymously.
As for Charlie other C-suits they are public public figures responsible to stakeholders and their moves deserve to be criticized

It is absolutely ABSURD that US employees would have to come into the office to be on a meeting with India and Philippines employees.

And for those who haven’t experienced this yet - take a look at the corp directory and see how many employees are located there. And take note that they are in decision making risk and control roles now — no longer administrative or back office support.
