I didnt read the book... lemmme guess. 1- Buy a smaller company with market share and a key technology. Gut most of the company as redundant. Close most real estate assets from new company, move product lines to chin-ner. 2- Gut benefits. 3- Freeze pensions. 4- Install 9 block. 5- Cut half the workforce. 6- Off shore work. Rinse and repeat.
