I mean, there’s definitely some self selection on a website like this. Disgruntled employees are more likely to post. But both things can be true.
I’ve worked here a long time. It’s the worst it has ever been. Horrible morale, no resources either in terms of human or dollars to do what is needed to do. It is eating my soul piece by piece.

I swore I would never work for WF after I was downsized from my last company. Here I am and it is as dysfunctional as my worse fears. I’m just trying to hang in here until I’m ready to leave corporate America. Is it ever going to get any better?

Everything is all a web of secrets. That is why so many employees come to this site. Otherwise, employees would be totally blind. Transparency is only for the pe—ons so that the powers to be have information on who to get rid of first. It’s so disgusting. Been here for 30 years and never saw such deceit and bs. He—ll, you got a guy that r-pd a fellow female employee and he’s still working here. Must be a J.P. Morgan “friend”. Never would’ve happened even 3 years ago.
