I know what you're thinking - that this is not their job. But didn't our leadership say we should think about cutting resources?
So we paid a company to set this up? This is where our money is going.

I have news for you all. The Ford website isn't by IT. It was done by a third party in conjunction with FordDirect.
Not that Ford IT would have drive any better!
Same old "Blame IT for problems" noise. IT creates what its told to create and the end product is reviewed and signed off by the business. If you dont like it, talk to HR who requested it.
When are they gonna give me a 60"computer screen so I can see cohesively what is on the screen without scrolling constantly?
