AICP TRANSPARENCY

Does anyone know the 2023 targets? 2022 targets? A higher percentage associated to the one item we met 40% of target. Doesn't sound good for 2023 profit sharing

Enjoy that fat bonus you get next month because it's the last one you're going to see for quite a few years. It's the early to mid-2000s all over again when the incompetence of the leadership of this company showed. You'll be lucky if you can get a carton of smokes and a six pack out of your bonus for the next few years

Transparency?!? ROFLMAO

Good luck. Apparently, the most ethical company prefers to help their employees in the dark

Hopefully EV profit margins improve, otherwise the higher EV retail volume may negatively impact EBIT margin.

"40% EBIT Margin, 30% Quality, 20% EV retail volume and 10% Connected Services Revenue Growth Rate"

That is all well and good, but where are the numbers behind these percentages? This has been the problem with the AICP this entire time, the lack of transparency to us LL6's and GSRs who are just doing what we can to meet our objectives.

What are the base figures behind these weighted percentages?
What is the EBIT needed for 100% of the 40%?
What is the R/1000 needed for 100% of the Quality portion?
What is the EV volume needed for 100% of the metric?
Connected Services Revenue Growth Rate? Sure thing Douglas. I'm going to call this one a miss already.

It is time to hold our leadership accountable. They have learned nothing from last few years.

The term AICP is going away. It's now the Annual Performance Bonus.
The target is 40% EBIT Margin, 30% Quality, 20% EV retail volume and 10% Connected Services Revenue Growth Rate.

Just assume you will get nothing and be surprised. The bonus metrics are set up so we will rarely achieve 100%.

AICP is not transparent. The numbers are doctored to give us the least amount. Every year our targets change and they change based on the forecast for the year. The minions in charge have a pretty good idea of how the year will turn out when the targets are established. They tailor the numbers to give us the least.
