Seibly,Roberts,Hollander and more to come. Regional Presidents are next then Regional Managers. This shouldn't surprise anyone since they spoke about branch reduction about 40%.

As I mentioned in the post some regional presidents and regional managers were let go. Also some branches were closed. I wish they eliminated some branch managers as well tbh we have some awful ones at Union Bank that are coasting in there roles preventing talented bankers from moving forward.
Managers are expected to work at US Bank I do believe a lot of Branch Managers will not be able to handle the work and quit.
Management at the bank is extremely arrogant, and no one knows why. Useless "yes" managers should understand that they've never added anything of substance to any conversation. Never earned a day's pay. Fill their days with Useless meetings and do yearly re-orgs.
Should tell you something about US Bank. Their leaders are bad. It’s surprising the regulators aren’t all over this Bank it is unsafe.
Their HR team is one of the weakest in the industry. They have no organizational change mgmt nor do they know how to build highly effective teams. They waste money and are full of themselves
