When are Exec’s going to fess up about them getting in-person highly skilled IT support and a special hotline???
Insane we still have to deal with id--tic BTC IT support in India while they get something insane nice. IMO at least CFO needs to shut her mouth talking about IT in Forum.
I hate IT India, especially the females. They are clueless; they don't know anything IT. They put you on hold and don't come back to the phone, or tell you they will call you back but never do. The only way to get their attention is tell them you are contacting their supervisor to complain.
That white glove XTO did was unrealistic and not practical for Ops then and merging later with @XOM. Still feeling the pain of lil hitlers command. They should have sent him packing but instead he’s still over peoples lives and careers .
XTO has always had White Glove IT in the form of the desktop team and Petrotech team. Desktop is long gone but Petrotech still supports Uncon, however there are rumors that they are going away as well.
Let’s see what that looks like after July. Also white glove IT is unrealistic. Hahah HCL can’t even get their shoes on .
Same thing at Shell-----Execs get what is called "Executive IT Support". They are onsite in Houston and will go to their desks if needed.
Until 2005 all Shell employees had access to these same services and it was called.....brace yourself...."IT Support"
