My manager is not responding to my emails for couple of days now and I had 1:1 yesterday lasted for 15min . It’s a bad sign , right ?!

This probably means you aren’t even on the radar. He’s got bigger fish to fry.
Or maybe he’s stressed and demotivated by the pay cut and trying to figure out how to pay his mortgage and still help support his parents or pay his kids’ college tuition. My manager is in this position and it’s obviously put him under a huge amount of pressure. Those bonuses weren’t pocket change for many.
Yes, bad news for you coming. I had a colleague work at a conferrence, 16 hours a day, was ignored, no greetings, ignored from meetings and dinners - and guess what? As soon as they got home, they got the email.
To worry is under his control. Why are you stopping him from worrying lol?
