Didn't you hear how much $$$ you all delivered to the TOP and Shareholders? Maybe not you, you might still be employed here for now. Next. Didn't you hear that it will be more? Move the work to lower paid, lower quality work product producers out of the US. Make more money for the THEM.

EM Europe is in serious danger, no fossil fuel new cars allowed as of 2035, that market will evaporate, so why would EM need people or offices in Europe? Exodus...

They will never let the engineers unionize.
With advancements in AI like ChatGPT, not sure they are going to need any engineers or console operators for much longer. I say 5 years before console operators are a thing of the past and 10 yrs before there are almost no engineers in the US.

The us engineers should unionize before it's too late. Not a union for pay and conditions as much as replacement training and outsourcing. Doubt it could happen though.
