Don't buy USM, you get far better value with TDS and their 82% ownership of USM. Buying USM through purchasing TDS you get a 13% discount on USM and all the Broadband Telco Assets for Free. Sometimes with small caps you get a serious misallocation of value and price.
US Cellular and TDS are a bargain with their asset bases. LIkely takeout target. The country just needs 3 large players.
