I've submitted multiple suggestions over the last year+ and finally got thanks but no thanks responses this past couple weeks for some items I submitted a year ago. loudspeaker is just a fasad to make you feel like you have a voice and are being heard.

I was in EFT when this first rolled out when TK had it. I was in a small meeting unrelated to Loud Speaker where she told senior managers to tell their teams to STOP submitting ideas. They opened it and we’re almost immediately overwhelmed with input.

I’m not surprised people are posting their submission was rejected or rejected harshly. They wanted window dressing and thought they’d get an apathetic response. Surprise! There are problems people truly care about - except management, their apathy continues apace.

Have submitted two ideas through loudspeaker.

Both were rejected, which I expected for one since it's not a product we control and the maker simply wouldn't listen if we lobbied for the change. The other not only resulted in a rejection, but we got a group-wide warning about the related product within 12 hours of when I submitted it. The rejection email was also harsher.

Ha.! Let’s not forget about leading with integrity and transparency. They should be providing root cause communication next week or let’s walk through how this disaster will be avoided in the future during next townhall. Employees and customers deserve an honest answer.

Let’s also start by re-evaluating layoff lists to ensure the people with all the experience and undocumented knowledge are not let do during layoffs for the security of the bank.

Here I sit in tech for years communicating concerns about our environment, gaps, user experience issues, etc. Extremely transparent. Do you think I want to get on an 911 outage calls or deal with users on the same issues over and over and over?

No one cared or listened. Zero dollars or time invested in correcting things. I was just the guy asking for optional things that create more work for everyone. I was labeled an overacheiver, I didn't get out things were done at WF. Was treated like a huge complainer, yet I brought solutions too.

Then our amazing leadership decides to roll out Loudspeaker and requests come in for things we knew were bad and suddenly upper mgmt is listening?

The best part is getting asked to respond to these requests and take action, when we can't take action because it has been communicated for years that we need changes in tech to make it happen.

This is typical stuff, full circle. You cannot ever escape.
