Folks can’t pass the phone screening much less the actual technical interviews and therefore they are stuck?
Job market is difficult right now, but give it a few months...
I'm satisfied with my job, but that doesn't mean I can't complain about it.

Think of it like a pressure relief valve, able to vent about items and then continue to take the abuse.
I'll get downvoted to oblivion for saying it but Intel pay and benefits, even with the austerity is pretty sweet. Hopefully we start executing again and make it a great place. A lot of Intel employees are loyal to a fault and will go down with the ship.
Because they've managed to find a good gig at Intel that allows them to do little at work and waste time here complaining about H1B, diversity, etc. Nobody would really hire them, as they would even fail the phone screening, so they are stuck.
