So for those affected by layoffs the bonus was 75 percent but for those that stayed it was actually 91 percent. What gives ?

THANKS
Yes I got severance 8 + 13 weeks as well as 75% of my bonus I am a salaried support person
Guys - can anyone laid off please confirm that they got their bonus (even at 71%) plus their severance ? It would be really helpful, if someone can confirm that for me.
THANKS

That's not true, 91% is the company modifier that everyone gets. Then your individual modifier might be 75% in your case.
If I were laid off, I would not expect the bonus. If I got something, I'd be happy. Should the people that got laid off in August get it, they did half a year's worth of work. People laid off in November did 11/12'th of the work. Where do you draw the line in the sand...just curious. THat's why it wasn't the full bonus. Please, use your head.
Incredible that bootlickers here are trying to justify this and say people should be glad to get anything at all.
Those who were laid off recently already did the work and put in the hours to earn that bonus and are absolutely entitled to it as much as anyone else is. Not their fault that layoffs are timed right before payouts to sc--w everyone impacted twice in favor of keeping those exec pockets padded.
Those that we’re making a lot more yearly salary at a specific job role we’re let go and given 16% less bonus than those who weren’t necessarily asked to stay but are cheaper.
lol. will you people move on.
Never seen such an entitled bunch
Yeah, not piling on but the bonus is just that, a bonus. It sucks but they would want to keep the remaining workforce as happy as possible.
not trying to be mean, but you don't work here anymore, consider yourself lucky that you even got that...seriously.
