Leadership makes a new mistake after mistake

There is not a single day I hear or read on LinkedIn our remaining talent leave which makes me very sad. With current economic situation people still find new jobs. With salary cuts and high inflation people will do anything to find extra dollars to make up losses. PG says employees believing our future and strategy will stay with us, he does not understand believing strategy does not pay the bills specially who have or will have kids going to school. On other hand, he does not give a clear answer for reward part of ‘restore and reward’. At least tell if we increase revenue for every billion employee can get y. I’m here to help the ELT but they do not have a very good listening. Lastly giving dividend in general is a huge mistake. Employees are much important than giving 50 cent per share annually. If I am CEO, I would do anything to eliminate div completely and keep employees wage competitive to give them extra motivation. At the end, investors does not delivery products, employees do.

Who knows the real agenda may be different, as in induce employees to leave so they don’t need to pay a separation package. It is when things don’t add up is when you know management is lying. If we have to work for the mission and vision, not for money then why is Pat paying himself $180 M? Shouldn’t he work for free for his belief in mission and vision
