I'm feeling pretty fed up with both Honeywell and my job right now. There's so much uncertainty and frustration, and I'm constantly feeling stressed out. It doesn't help that there's a lot of office politics going on all the time. Sometimes I just want to throw in the towel and quit. It seems like working at a fast food joint might be a lot less stressful and give me a much more peaceful life.

Onboarded. Well that’s a laugh. Nobody actually knows what is going on.
What I need is coaching to sell suppliers on 150 day payment terms.
Ffs. I’d would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.
We treat our suppliers like sh*t. I have actually been having moral quandaries about the whole ordeal. Me and many of my teammates.
You guys actually got onboarding ? That’s amazing. I was thrown to the wolves and cried almost every month for a year.

Urghhh, they were really pushy about leaving a postive review on Glassdoor during my onboarding, our trainer even said she will check to see!! Saying that, the last dozen employees we hired were not even offered official onboarding.....seems that is too expensive nowadays lmfao.
@bgp+1lDCL5cu They ask new hires to leave feedback during the onboarding process. This is a bit premature IMO , as most newbies don’t have all the dirt yet;)
The fake reviews on Glassdoor are too much! One maggot just deposited a good five-star pile titled - Onboarded to become a Future Shaper.
I hear you, my biggest frustration is that Honeywell makes it impossible for me to excel in my job. I hear that a few years ago we were properly funded & supported and created great products. Now it is just snakey career managers/directors wanting you to produce something with nothing and every aspect of my job has been cost cut to the bone.
We can not even order stationary!!
