ASTL are doing this look on innerview and go to by team and select store leadership. Something about self assement and I'm assuming none of them will say that they are glorified shiftyd and barely do anything.
I got put on a final warning twice and I still received a pay raise both times of over $1. They recently changed the policy of no raises on final warning so I lucked out and my performance was meets/exceeds. The final was not related to performance. Long time TM over $22/hr. I have not heard anything about bonuses unless you are ASTL & above.
